Warranty

AmCraft fabricates enclosures using flame rated materials with limited manufacturer warranties.

The material manufacturer provides a warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of receipt of the original purchase. This warranty covers protection of the materials to include, but not limited to, the non-corrosive properties of the material and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not include damage from shipping, professional installation services or damage related to improper self installation methods.

AmCraft warrants the manufacture of the products sold to the customer the quality of workmanship to customer specific size requirements and the recognized standard pieces included in kit packaging.

Any material defect must be stated in writing and agreed upon by both parties to be accepted for return or replacement. A customer signed custom work order or purchase order is necessary for the warranty to be in effect, one that agrees to the fabrication requirements of the purchased goods. A claim must be verified and accepted in order for a returned merchandise number to be issued to you for processing purposes. The merchandise shall be returned to AmCraft, freight prepaid with the merchandise return number located inside the package.

Return Policy

AmCraft’s examination of the returned merchandise shall disclose to its reasonable satisfaction that the claimed defect in the AmCraft manufactured product was not caused by abuse, installation errors, improper handling, unauthorized repair, alteration, accident or damage due to improper cleaning. Damage to product from customer misuse or misplacement is not accepted under this warranty agreement. Any modifications made to the product other than originally shipped shall invalidate the above warranty.

The Customer has 15 business days upon receipt of product to contact AmCraft for any returns related to freight damage, incorrect product or discrepancies of the order placement and goods received.
AmCraft’s liability under this warranty is limited to repairing, replacing or issuance of credit in the amount of the original contract or purchase order price. Any repair or replacement does not extend the warranty period.

This warranty is extended to the Customer only and is not transferrable to other purchasers or users of our goods and merchandise.
